About

During the Winter semester of 2011 at BYU, I decided to serve a mission!
So I began the process of turning in my papers to the Church Headquarters in Salt Lake to see where I would be assigned to serve.
Within a couple weeks I recieved my call. It was one of the most nerve-wracking experiences of my life I decided to open my call by myself. So unfortunately, there's no pictures of my reaction in the moment.
I said a little prayer, and then opened the letter. I meant to read the whole thing, but I got to excited and just skipped to the part where it had my assignment.

Korea Daejeon!

I actually laughed out loud! How wonderfully unexpected!
So I started eating all my food with chopsticks (even my cereal).
I learned how to ride a bike (finally).
I post-it noted my living room with Korean words.
I also read the Book of Mormon again and recieved my endowment in the temple.

The restored gospel of Jesus Christ means everything to me. I can't help but want to share it.

Thanks for reading!
